This website is the vision of Edie Wicker and her husband, Philip Wibaux.

When we discovered the teachings of Dr Weston A Price, we were absolutely amazed at the truth of his findings:

“Eat a nutrient dense diet”

And it sounded so logical, so wholesome, so much like our ancestors would have done on a daily basis.

But then the reality set in and we realised we didn’t exactly know what was considered “nutrient dense food”.

And then, once we learned what foods we needed to eat, we discovered how difficult it would be to source “nutrient dense foods” and also to prepare these foods.

And it was through this process that this website, The Nourishing Café was conceived. We want to make it easier for people to join us on our journey.

In our beginning stages, we will be selling:

• Difficult to find “Superfoods”
• Books that will open your mind to ideas and information that you need to make the right decisions for you and your family
• Kitchen Products that will make it easier for you to prepare food the “old fashioned way”
• Oral hygiene products that will protect not only your teeth and gums but your overall health.

As time goes by, we are planning on adding additional products and we appreciate your business and your patience in allowing us to grow organically.
